- My favorite project of the year was probably the sunset with the waves. It was fun to use the puffy paint as the outline of the picture and then putting the water color in the spaces because it helped control and mix the specific colors I wanted.
- My least favorite project was the turtle because it was more difficult to get the shape since I just used water color as the outline instead of normal paint or a sharpie. Also, I tried painting bubbles coming out of the turtle's mouth but the bubbles just kind of look like circles but I took a risk in my art and it didn't turn out half bad.
- By having art 3, it gave me the opportunity to pick out my own projects. I am not the most creative person; I usually can get going on a project more efficiently and quicker if I am given the topic. But having the freedom of doing my own thing has made me grow in my creativity.
- Three things I have learned this year:
- My paintings/drawings turn out better if I am looking at a replica to go off of.
- Watercolor is my favorite type of art because it leaves room for mess ups.
- If you don't have confidence in your art, or really anything you do, then you will not strive to your fullest potential.
